The recipe couldn’t be easier – just blend together honey, chunky peanut butter, almond milk, frozen bananas, and vanilla yogurt until smooth!

Vitamix Honey Peanut Sorbet Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 1/4 cup honey
  2. 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  3. 1/3 cup chunky peanut butter
  4. 1 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more as needed
  5. 3 ripe bananas, peeled,
  6. frozen Yogurt (fruit flavor of choice), to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients in a Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid. 

Select Variable 1. 

Turn the machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10, then to High. 

Blend for 30 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, adding additional almond milk if necessary. 

Serve immediately topped with yogurt or freeze in an airtight container for up to 3 months. 

Makes 4 servings.
