In order to make wheatgrass juice in a Vitamix, you’ll need to follow these steps:

1. We recommend that you cut the wheatgrass into smaller pieces before adding it to your blender. You may also want to add some fruit or vegetables to sweeten and dilute it. If this is not done, you could damage the blades and other components of your blender.

2. Add 8 ounces of water and turn on your machine at Variable 10 for 30 seconds, using the tamper if needed through the opening in the lid. Stop and check for clumps of grass or large chunks that didn’t break down properly before continuing onto step three.

3. Turn the speed up to Variable 10 again and run for another 30 seconds, using the tamper if needed through the opening in the lid.

4. Add 8 ounces of water and run the blender at Variable 10 for 30 seconds or until completely smooth.

5. You will probably need to empty your container and use a spatula to get all of the blended wheatgrasses out.

6. Add 8 more ounces of water to dilute it further before drinking it up!

7. Optional: Sweeten with fruit or sweetener if desired before enjoying!
