It’s usually prepared with fresh tomatoes, but you can speed up things with canned tomatoes. You can also find dehydrated, preserved, and condensed on the market, but there’s something magical about making your own tomato soup.

You can serve your tomato soup with many different foods such as salads, sandwiches, seafood, or pizza for a wholesome meal.

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • One peeled and chopped yellow onion
  • 28 oz whole peeled tomatoes (1 can)
  • Three tablespoons olive oil
  • Two tablespoons Kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried basil
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ⅓ cup heavy cream

Instructions:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • One teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • Two peeled and diced white onions
  • Eight cloves peeled and minced garlic

  • ½ crusty French baguette, cut in 16 rounds
  • Two tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
