Remove All The Inedible Parts Of The Food
Clean the vegetable or fruit. Ensure that all the inedible portions, such as the skins or seeds, are removed.
Cook The Solid Ingredients
Cut the ingredients into small sizes and boil.
It is ideal for cutting the ingredients into small portions to make cooking time faster; it will be soft and tender in no time.
You may opt to steam the ingredients if you want. You may season your ingredients as you wish.
Put The Ingredients Into The Blender
You can use different blenders to make a puree, depending on what is available or what you prefer to use.
Once the ingredients are soft and tender, remove them from the pot or steamer and put them into the blender.
It is best to blend the ingredients while still hot to ensure that all the fats you will add to it will incorporate all the ingredients.
Just ensure that your blender can accommodate the ingredients’ heat; if not, let your ingredients cool for a while.

Add The liquid

Serve/ Store The Puree
If you wish to serve the puree hot, like soups, you may, by all means, do so.
However, if it needs cooling before serving, you may put the puree into a bowl and place it on top of a bowl with ice, and slowly still the puree using a spatula as it cools.
Soon as the puree is cold, you may transfer it to a serving bowl and serve.
If you wish to store the puree. You may put it in a container with a lid once it is cold and place it in the refrigerator.
