Nutribullet Carrot Juice – Does It Pass The Test?

Have you ever thought about whether the Nutribullet can make carrot juice? We know it performs well when it comes to blending frozen fruits, but what about whole, raw carrots?

Well, I put it to the test to see if it worked!

In this post, I’ll discuss my findings and experiences, as well as provide some guidance on how to make your own carrot juice in a Nutribullet.

Can The Nutribullet Make Carrot Juice?

In a nutshell, the Nutribullet CAN produce carrot juice, but it can only do so if you have a nut milk bag or a fine mesh strainer.

I have a Nutribullet 900 Series machine, and the juice yield was 2 cups.

To prepare the carrot juice, start by washing your carrots thoroughly to remove any dirt or residue. The key is to use as little water as possible so your final result isn’t watered down.

Peel them by hand or take off the skin with a potato peeler. Then chop them into smaller pieces for ease of blending later on.

Carrots are used as a primary ingredient in many juices, not just as a fruit but also green vegetables. While it’s technically considered an orange vegetable, carrots do offer some sweetness that pairs well with other ingredients such as ginger and celery – which tastes better than you’d think!

Are Carrots Considered To be Healthy?

The answer is YES. As long as you’re not adding any extra sugar or sweeteners, two carrots only have about 60 calories in them. They are also rich in vitamins A and K, potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium and phosphorus among others .

Some studies have shown that eating more carrots can reduce the risk of certain types of cancer due to high amounts of antioxidants found in them. Others have associated carrots with heart health benefits due to their ability to reduce inflammation in the body when consumed regularly.

Carrots are low in saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium which makes this tasty root vegetable a healthier choice than other similar foods like potatoes or yams , which would only add empty calories without much nutritional value.

Preparation Tips

I added around 2 cups of carrots and the equivalent amount of water to my Nutribullet, but you can use as much or as little as possible based on your preference.

The Nutribullet was able to extract the carrot juice with ease – my only gripe is that there were some small pieces left after it finished spinning which meant I had to strain it .

If you’re pressed for time, this won’t be a problem; but if you want it totally smooth, then you would be better off using a strainer.

For the best carrot juice recipes, I recommend adding in ginger for some kick and lemon to give it a more balanced taste. You can also use oranges or limes depending on your preference or what you have available in your kitchen at the time.

If you’re interested in trying out different kinds of juices, you should consider getting a nut milk bag that will allow you to separate pulp from its contents with ease .

A fine mesh strainer is another alternative that allows liquids to pass through it while keeping solids trapped inside.
