It contains lots of vitamins and minerals that are essential for a healthy lifestyle.

Vitamix Raw Carrot Ginger Soup Recipe – Ingredients
You only need five ingredients to make this soup recipe! You’ll need fresh carrots, water, ginger, salt & pepper.
However, you can also add other ingredients for variation – try adding some sweet potatoes or a few stalks of celery for a more vegetable-packed flavor.
Vitamix Raw Carrot Ginger Soup Recipe – Method
Here are the ingredients you’ll need to make this delicious carrot ginger soup: 8 carrots (chopped), 4 cups water, 1 tbsp. grated fresh ginger, salt & pepper (to taste).
Note that if you’re making this for yourself or your children, one cup is equivalent to eight ounces.
If you want to double the recipe, just double all of the ingredients!
The cooking process is easy – all you have to do is throw everything in the blender and press “On.” You can do it quickly in less than 10 minutes!

How Long Will It Blend For?
About 30 seconds to one minute should be enough time to blend your vegetables until they’re nice and smooth.
If the cooker isn’t on High speed, then be sure to use the tamper tool found in all commercial Vitamix blenders to push down the ingredients and prevent them from getting stuck under the blades.
How Much Should I Eat?
This recipe makes six cups total, so you’ll want to consume about a cup per day if you’re a female or a third of a cup if you’re a male.
Children should only have about one-third of a cup because it’s high in nutrients.
A cup is equivalent to eight ounces, so I put it in small mason jars for my husband and kids to drink throughout the day as they please.
How Long Does Carrot Ginger Soup Last After Being Made?
This nutritious soup will last about one week when stored properly in the refrigerator. If you want to store it longer than that, I would recommend freezing it instead.
Put it in an airtight freezer bag and store it in the freezer.
How Do I Reheat The Soup?
Since this soup contains lots of water, you can just add some more to your blender and heat on high for one minute until warm. You also may want to add a little ginger or other spices for some flavor variation!
