Instructions For Making Taco Soup In Vitamix Blender
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground beef or turkey, onion, and garlic to a large pot with a tight-fitting lid.
Cook until lightly browned and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Transfer meat mixture from pan into Vitamix container.
