The NutriBullet is a great kitchen appliance that can help you make healthy smoothies and other foods.
Cleaning a NutriBullet is something that has to be done regularly in order for it to work perfectly.
There are many different parts that need cleaning, along with the blades and carriages.
Cleaning your NutriBullet is easy. Like any other kitchen appliance, it requires a little bit of care and maintenance to make sure that you can use it for years to come without getting clogged up or breaking down.
While there isn’t really anything complicated about the process, it’s always helpful to know how best to clean this type of product before you get started.
Here are some tips on how to clean Nutribullet blender.
Is Nutribullet Dishwasher Safe?
Nutribullet cups, lids, blades, rings are dishwasher safe.
To keep your NutriBullet cups, lids, and blades clean and sanitary in the dishwasher:
1. Rinse these parts before putting them in the dishwasher.
2. Keep these parts away from the high-temperature reaches of a dishwasher’s sanitize cycle because it can warp the plastic.

How To Clean Nutribullet Blender Pitcher
Some drinks are known to stain the pitcher over time.
As a result, cleaning it can be quite challenging without breaking your bank on expensive cleaners or scrubbers.
With its high-speed motor, this powerful device also produces heat that could potentially damage certain materials such as plastic if not handled properly during maintenance tasks like cleaning.
Here’s how to clean Nutribullet pitcher –
1. Fill the pitcher with hot water and dish soap.
2. Add a few drops of hydrogen peroxide, if desired.
3. Place the lid on top of the pitcher and shake for about 1 minute.
4. Rinse off any remaining residue.
You might want to do this after every day or so of use, depending on how often you’re using your Nutribullet.

How To Clean Nutribullet Base
I just got a new blender. I was so excited to make smoothies and juices for my family, but I forgot how dirty the blender base would get from all the fruits and vegetables that we put in it.
It’s easy to clean, but you need to do it right after you use your Nutribullet Blender.
Here are some tips on how to clean Nutribullet base –
1. First, if you have a spill in the power base of your NutriBullet, make sure to immediately shut down and unplug the machine.
2. Next, remove the blades and cup from the power base of Nutribullet before using a damp sponge or towel to clean up any spillage.
3. Do not attempt to take any parts apart; simply clean around them with any small brush.
4. Let it dry completely before using it again.
How To Clean Nutribullet Blade
Cleaning Nutribullet blades can seem like a daunting task, but it’s quite simple with the right supplies.
There are many options to clean nutribullet blade, and hand washing are the best one if you want to keep them in good condition.
Wash with warm soapy water and a dish brush to remove any stuck-on debris.
For a deeper clean, rinse the extractor cross blade with 10% diluted vinegar or lemon juice solution.
After washing, dry thoroughly before storing away from moisture sources like sinks or humid environments.
The NutriBullet blade should never be disassembled.
Doing so will void your warranty, and it can make the gasket more ineffective by loosening it.
Furthermore, removing the gasket from the blade removes its ability to properly seal in content with a vacuum-seal-like effect.
This means that if you use any kind of liquid for your smoothies or drinks, then that liquid will leak out due to a lack of vacuum pressure inside the blade and Nutribullet power base.

How To Clean Nutribullet Rubber Seal
When you use your Nutribullet every day, it’s bound to get a little dirty.
Your rubber seal might need cleaning as well so you can be sure that the lid of your Nutribullet blender is sealed tightly and won’t leak any ingredients during blending.
Here are instructions for how to clean the rubber seal on your NutriBullet:
When cleaning the gasket, it is important to use a soft scrub.
A sponge and dish soap will do the trick, but if there are stubborn stains you may have to reach for a small brush.
If your rubber ring is dirty from cooking oils or grime, soaking it in soapy water will work wonders.
How To Clean Nutribullet Activators
Dirt can easily get stuck in an activator and cause it to malfunction.
To fix this problem, use a small amount of warm water on the Nutribullet activators to loosen up any dirt or juice residue.
Then try forcing the stuck activator down by pushing down on it (one at a time).
Holy crap and it’s dishwasher safe!! What a novel idea! #nutribullet

How To Clean Cloudy Nutribullet Cup
A cloudy Nutribullet cup means that the nutrients in your smoothies are no longer getting extracted.
In addition, mold could grow inside of it which can lead to serious health problems.
Since you use your Nutribullet every day, this is something that should be addressed as soon as possible. Here’s how to clean Nutribullet cups –
1. Fill your Nutribullet cup with warm water.
2. Add a squirt of dish soap or liquid hand soap.
3. Swirl the soapy water around to create bubbles.
4. Rinse the cup thoroughly with clean, cold water.
How To Get Smell Out Of Nutribullet
Sometimes there can be a buildup of nutrients and food residue in the Nutribullet that might have a tendency to build an odor.
To get rid of this, you will want to add either hot soapy water or white vinegar for getting rid of bad odors in your blender.
Fill the liquid up about two-thirds from the bottom and put all parts back together when you are done soaking it overnight.
Just repeat once every week, when needed!
How To Deep Clean A Nutribullet
Since the Nutribullet is just a blender, it’s theoretically no different from any other blender you’d want to deep-clean.
The methods are identical, although there are ways to clean out pockets that may have developed within.
This is an account of how I finally got my own Nutribullet pristine after months of use with little maintenance:
1) If your blades have gotten jammed up with debris over time, you’ll need to break them down and wash each separately before putting them back together again. Cleaning can be done by using soap or water & dishwasher liquid to remove food particles stuck in crevices. This works well for most parts of the product but not inaccessible spaces like the blade mount.
2) When everything has been properly washed, the next step is to separate all the components and let them dry out. This can be done by using paper towels or a dish drying rack.
3) The final step is to use a hairdryer on low heat to completely evaporate the water left after the wash. It is very important not to overheat your product so never go above 150°F (65°C) during this process. If you happened to be in an area with high humidity, I would suggest using a  fan instead of a blow-drier for this step – it’ll take longer, but it’s safer.
Please note that if you are discarding the jar part of the unit because its gasket has started failing or you want to upgrade to larger jars, there is no point in cleaning out old gaskets before putting in new ones because they will quickly go bad again due to exposure.
All components can be bought separately at good prices so you won’t be wasting money. I happen to have 3 blades, 4 lids, and 5 jars which is more than enough for me.
How To Clean Leaking Nutribullet
What happens when the blade assembly of your Nutribullet leaks? It could be that multiple parts need to be replaced; however, as long as you keep one part intact as a backup (I suggest taking pictures or making a drawing for reference), then you can still use it without spending money on replacement blades.
The first thing I would do is to take everything apart using a Philips screwdriver and place them in a container filled with hot water and dish soap. Clean each component and set them out to dry separately (see instructions above).
You can also disinfect your entire blender jar by soaking it overnight in diluted bleach & water solution. Following these simple steps should reduce leakage problems caused by organic matter getting trapped between components over time.
How To Clean Mold From Nutribullet
Cleaning mold from Nutribullet can be difficult because it might require you to disassemble its components. The blade assembly has crevices that are hard to clean & there’s also the rubber gasket involved.
If your jar has become moldy, I suggest using a diluted bleach solution followed by a thorough wash with hot water and dishwasher liquid. This should make your jar squeaky clean.
If your blades are covered with mold, you will need to remove them before proceeding to deep-clean by using a toothbrush & dishwasher liquid.
Bleach can also be used but it would take much longer especially if the stain is old because it takes time for bleach’s chemical decomposition process to occur.
When all components have finally been disinfected, set them out to dry separately (see above).
How To Clean Food Stains From Nutribullet?
First of all, don’t use any chemicals or abrasive scouring pads on your blender’s plastic parts – they’ll scratch and leave marks that are difficult for even ammonia-based cleaners to remove. Here are some simple steps you can follow:
1) Fill your jar halfway with warm water and add a few drops of dishwashing liquid. Turn on the blender and let it run for about 30 seconds until bubbles appear in the jar. Repeat this step twice more to ensure all stubborn food particles have been thoroughly cleaned. After this, empty out the entire contents of your blender jar by turning it upside down over a sink or garbage can then wipe away any remaining residue with a damp cloth or paper towels.
2) If you’re dealing with stains that are difficult to remove, try adding 1-2 tablespoons of cream of tartar into your cleaning solution to speed up chemical decomposition. Cream of tartar builds layers inside crevices which makes them easy to remove afterward because the shape of the jar’s grooves makes it easy for chemicals to penetrate.
3) After cleaning your blender jar, make sure you dry all components thoroughly before returning them back to the blender because damp parts can promote mold growth which is something you definitely don’t want in your kitchen.
How To Clean A Nutribullet That Is Rusty?
Rusty blades are usually caused by exposure to moisture or excess humidity although there are other possible causes that could result in similar effects (e.g., metal poisoning, improper storage).
If you suspect that your blade assembly has been exposed to excessive humidity, I suggest taking a look inside its container & checking if there’s any residue stuck on its sides – this would be an indication that water had somehow seeped inside.
If this is the case, you’ll need to clean it thoroughly with a diluted bleach solution followed by a thorough wash using hot water and dishwashing liquid.
Keeping your blender jar out in the open might be a good idea which is why I suggest keeping it at least 2.5 feet away from walls & furniture to ensure there’s enough airflow inside the blender.
If you have pets, make sure they don’t have access to the appliance or you’ll have more problems on your hands than just rusty parts.
How To Remove Pitting From Nutribullet Blade Assembly?
Pitting is caused by exposure to excessive humidity and moisture although metal poisoning can also lead to pitting so it pays to check up on possible causes which brings us back to where we started: how often do you use your blender and does it spend most of its time idle?
The solution would be airing out your blender when it’s not in use so if you can, leave your jar out in the open even if there is some distance between it and the wall.
If you have pets, make sure to keep your blender away from their reach because they could quickly cause more damage than just pitting.
Inspecting & replacing your jar’s rubber washers on a regular basis will also help prevent mold growth so I suggest checking them every 3-4 weeks at a minimum.
This way, you won’t have to spend a lot of time untightening rusty parts or trying to clean stubborn stains that refuse to go away.
Conclusion – How To Clean Nutribullet
If you want to keep your new Nutribullet in the best possible condition, it’s important to know how to clean the Nutribullet blender.
You should also give it a good rinse after each use.
The right cleaning routine can make all the difference when it comes to extending the longevity of your machine and keeping everything working properly for as long as possible.
